Alloy Media + Marketing ("Alloy"), together with Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities") is the administrator of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries or the overall administration of any of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look to Alloy at 151 West 26th Street, New York, NY 10001 ("Sweepstakes Address") with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes.

• 1. Entry:

  Enter the Sweepstakes online at www.rallyformusic.com ("Sweepstakes Site"). You must register at the Rally for Music Site to enter the Sweepstakes. There is no charge to register. Through on-screen instructions you will be asked to provide information including your first and last name, gender, date of birth, complete mailing address, email address, username and password. You may enter the Sweepstakes once a day. Additional entries made in a single day will be disregarded.

• 2. Eligibility Restriction:

  Employees of the Sweepstakes Entities (and such employees' immediate family or household members) and its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, printers, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

• 3. Privacy:

  By entering into the Sweepstakes, you agree to Sponsor's use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Statement at www.rallyformusic.com.

• 4. Winner Selection:

  The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected from among all eligible entries in a random drawing to be conducted by Alloy designated representatives. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email, mail or telephone (if telephone number is provided). Potential winner must accept a prize by either email or telephone within three (3) business days of notification. Any winner notification not responded to within this time period or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture and an alternate winner shall be selected via a random drawing of the remaining eligible entries. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within five (5) business days of notification. In the event of non-compliance within this time period, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from remaining eligible entries. Alloy reserves the right to send the prize to the winner directly without such release from liability, however, acceptance of the prize by the winner shall be deemed acceptance of all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. LG is not responsible, and may disqualify an entrant, if the entrant's email does not work or is changed. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, the owner of the entry shall be deemed to be the holder of the email account associated with the email address set forth in the applicable Rally for Music registration.

  Five (5) First Place winners - will each receive a choice of one (1) of the following phones: VX9700-Dare (Verizon) ARV $409.00, CU920 VU (AT&T) ARV $449.00, or AX830 Glimmer (Alltel) ARV $419.00

  Four (4) Second Place winners - will each receive one (1) 8” Portable DVD Player ARV $209.95

  Seven (7) Third Place winners - will each receive one (1) Bluetooth Wireless Headset ARV $79.99

  The total approximate retail value of all of the prizes is $4594.68.

  Entrants understand that phone models may only operate on certain carrier networks, which may or may not be compatible with Entrant's existing network, if any. Requests for phones compatible with a potential winner's existing network cannot be accommodated.

  No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by LG in its sole discretion. In the event LG is not able to provide the advertised prize for any reason, LG reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

  The ARV of the prize represents LG's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash.

  Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local, and any other taxes and fees associated with prize receipt, including all usage and activation charges that may be required to set-up and/or use the prize.

• 6. General Conditions:

  Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All claims and disputes related to this Sweepstakes shall be under the laws of the State of New York, without regards to its conflict of law rules. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. The Sweepstakes is not to be used in connection with any form of gambling. Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within the United States. All taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the prize. If a prize is forfeited, an additional drawing at random from eligible entries will be made to determine a winner. If, by reason of a typographical or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

  Except where prohibited by law, each winner (and parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing if requested) permission for Alloy, Sponsor, their advertising and promotional agencies, and those acting under the authority of each to use such winner's name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the world wide web, without notice, review, approval, or additional compensation. Entrants further agree that Alloy, Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, printers, distributors, and the respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each and any other person or entity related in any way to this Sweepstakes (together the "Sweepstakes Entities") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants (and their parents/legal guardians if entrants are minors) against, any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including without limitation bodily injury, death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in this promotion, or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity. The Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property in connection with the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Neither Alloy nor Sponsor makes any representations or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Neither Alloy nor Sponsor will replace any lost or stolen prize items.

• 7. Conduct:

  By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Sweepstakes Site throughout the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sweepstakes representatives appointed by Alloy and/or Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Alloy and/or Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of any of the Sweepstakes or any website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.   The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any misdirected or lost emails or mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; any technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
